At Gettin' Bodied by Kellz, we want you to love your purchase. Due to the nature of our compression garments and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@gettinbodiedbykellz.com. Please include your order number and photos of the item so we can review your request.

Refunds are not available for:

• Incorrect size selection

• Change in mind

• Normal wear and tear

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, Gettin' Bodied by Kellz is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed or marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We're happy to assist you with locating your tracking information if needed.
