How many services can I do in one session?

This will vary based on your treatment plan and areas of focus. However, clients can bundle treatments so that they are able to treat multiple areas during one appointment. For example, clients can receive laser lipo treatments on their abdomen while the Brazilian butt lift is being performed.

How often should I do treatments?

Frequency of sessions will vary based on the type of treatment rendered and client's availability. However, clients are able to receive treatment every 72 hours for the first 3 sessions. After that, weekly sessions will suffice. For best results, clients should plan to receive treatments no less than once a week for the first 3 sessions.

Are there any age restrictions?

What is the normal number of sessions provided?

This will be developed during your consultation as each person's needs and desired outcome is unique to them. The typical number of sessions in a treatment plan can vary but usually range between 4 and 10. Once your treatment plan is complete, routine maintenance sessions of at least once a month are recommended.

Can I receive treatments if I have a medical condition?

We recommend all medical conditions are discussed and cleared with your doctor prior to starting treatments. We can schedule a consultation to determine your treatment plan so that you can take this to your doctor for approval and/or limitations.

What are some medical disorders that may reduce treatment response?

Some medical disorders include thyroid, immune, lymphatic related conditions, pre-menopause, menopause, diabetes, and infection (including viral).

Are there any side effects to body sculpting treatments?

Accepted Answer

Some side effects are skin redness or bruising, increased urination, increased hunger, diarrhea, and flu-like symptoms. These may occur due to your body breaking down fat, loss of water from body tissue, and releasing toxins in the fat.

How do I prepare for a treatment?

Drink plenty of water and avoid alcohol consumption at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, refrain from eating two hours before session (water consumption is fine), do not sunbathe, take hot showers/baths, or use steam rooms the day of treatment, and avoid fasting the day of treatment or the body will go into “starvation mode” and become more resistant to the release of stored fat.

If you are on your menstrual the day of treatment, please reschedule. Treatments can be uncomfortable and cause an increase in blood flow.

What can I expect post treatment?

Within the two hours following a treatment, you should perform 30-45 minutes of cardio-vascular work-out in order to create the energy demand that will facilitate metabolism of the fatty acids and glycerol freed from the fat cells, do not consume alcohol 2-3 days post treatment as this will slow down your metabolism causing your body's inability to break down fat and cause dehydration, and limit/reduce intake of carbonated drinks, coffee, and tea during treatment period.

How soon will I see results?

Clients can get results after 1-2 sessions; however considerably noticeable results are seen after 4-6 sessions. Clients will see results faster if they are eating healthy and actively working out.
